CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

Here’s everything you need to know!
  • The contest will run from 17th August 2023 until 17th September 2023.
  • The deposit should be made between August 18, 2023, and September 5, 2023.
  • The lot’s condition can be fulfilled until September 17, 2023.
  • Trades closed under 180 seconds will not be considered a valid trade.
  • Internal transfers between accounts will not be permitted.
  • Participants shall be eligible to redeem the Prize based on the Deposit Target and Volume Target accumulated based on net deposit and trading volume scores, as deposited and traded by their directly introduced clients.
  • Deposit Target is calculated by accumulated net deposits (deposits – withdrawals) to the Clients directly introduced by the IB only, towards the Deposit Target.
  • Volume Target is calculated by accumulated volume in standard lot size, traded by the Clients directly introduced by the IB only, counted from the date of an IB registration to Contest August 2023
  • The Deposits and trading volume of Clients introduced by sub-IB of the IB shall not be counted towards the Deposit and Volume Targets.
  • The positions opened by Clients introduced by the IB, prior to his registration for the XFlow Markets Battle For Gadgets Contest shall not be counted towards the Affiliate’s Volume Target.
  • Only forex, gold, silver and cryptocurrency positions traded by Clients directly introduced by the IB shall be counted towards the IB’s Volume Target.
  • Only active client accounts during the contest period will be considered for the calculation of volume.
  • Only closed deals(trades) are taken into calculation. Open trades will not contribute in volume calculation.
  • The Affiliate is eligible to claim ONE (1) Prize only in the XFlow Markets Battle For Gadgets Contest 2023. Contest subject to satisfying deposit and trading volume requirements within the specified time period.
  • Date of announcement of the Contest results: 10 October 2023.
  • The Company reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to unilaterally modify, change orterminate the XFlow Markets Battle For Gadgets Contest 2023 or any of the Terms and Conditions included herein,at any time without the IB’s consent.

     

  • If xflowmarkets determines that a client has engaged in any practices that would give him/her an undue advantage, then xflowmarkets holds the right to rescind their participation.
